Humla, our first 50′ Bavaria. She was our flagship before Valiente joined the fleet.

Externally, Humla has a fractional rig with good sails and a classic cockpit with ample trimming options. Inside, the boat has full standing height, a well-equipped galley, 5 cabins, 3 bathrooms, and a salon with seating for 10 people at the table. Additionally, the boat features a large and functional chart table/navigator’s station.

General info

Humla is fully equipped for trips and expeditions, including 4 independent heating systems, navigation equipment inside and outside, a quick-launching dinghy in davits, and safety and rescue equipment for 12 people.

Bavaria Cruiser is a safe, comfortable, and proven boat type with many smart solutions and is easy to handle.

We have had great joy with Humla throughout the years since we bought it in June 2016. In 2017, the boat visited Svalbard twice, and with Humla, we also completed our expedition Svalbard Rundt with 12 happy adventurers on board.
